Open Spaces

Q1: What is the 'Open Spaces budget'?

A1: The Open Spaces budget is an annual grant made by Fylde Borough Council to the Freckleton Parish Council, in order that we can maintain the parks, playing fields, grass verges and buildings on behalf of FBC. The funding comes from the general rate  levied by FBC. The open spaces budget also includes a grant for the Freckleton in Bloom planting, which is undertaken by volunteers.
