Freckleton Parish Council has made a dog control Order under section 55 of the above Act, in relation to Bush Lane Playing Fields and the Order came into force on 1st March 2009.
On the Northern side field
1. No dogs are allowed except on a lead and within 2 metres of the perimeter fence (more information) and 2. Failing to remove dog fouling is an offence.
On the Southern side field
1. Failing to remove dog fouling is an offence
Failure to comply with this Order may result in a fixed penalty fine of £75, or prosecution with a fine of up to £1,000
